Peache was founded in 2020 in Scottsdale, Arizona, born out of years of hands-on cleaning work and one simple belief: clean, well-maintained facilities help people work, heal, and learn better.
We started small — taking on local commercial jobs and earning repeat business the hard way, by showing up on time, doing the work right, and answering the phone when clients called. As word spread, so did we, growing from a single local crew into a company built to serve commercial and government facilities nationwide.
Today, Peache brings that same hometown accountability to every contract, backed by professional systems, vetted crews, and management that stands behind its work. We understand what facility managers and contracting officers truly need — consistency, clear communication, and results they never have to chase.
